I'm Chanse Good — founder, photographer, and the only person you'll ever deal with at Six Frame Media. There's no team of contractors, no hand-offs, no surprises. When you book a shoot, I'm the one who shows up, sets up, and delivers your gallery.
I grew up in Houston, and I've spent my career learning this market from two sides — behind the camera and inside commercial real estate. Working at Weitzman Group gave me direct exposure to how brokers think, how properties get positioned, and what actually drives leasing and sales decisions. That experience doesn't just sit on a résumé — it changes how I frame a shot.
I know that a retail endcap looks different to a tenant rep than it does to an investor. I know that residential buyers fall in love with natural light and space. I shoot with all of that in mind — every angle chosen intentionally, every photo edited to show the property at its best.
Starting Six Frame Media was a natural extension of everything I'd learned about Houston real estate. I saw a gap between what most listing photos looked like and what they could look like — and I built something to fill it.
